Fifteen years after its initial creation, aged 20, Daniel Linehan undertakes an archaeological and danced research on his own work, based on his body and the experiences gathered within it, like many memory layers.
Composing from these choreographic fragments literally embodied, the choreographer offers a new reading of his writing, revealing the subterranean links that unite them. Against the grain of common view according to which dance is a transient art, Body of Work shows to what extent dance leaves its marks, in bodies and memories, like ghosts that keep haunting them, intermingled with childhood ones.
